Responsible for revamping the existing My Golf Kaki (MGK) membership programme to improve access and affordability and grow the number of Golfers in Singapore.

Responsible for Club’s Golfing, Social and Sporting events, activities and facility operations.

Drive the development of a vibrant local sports competition calendar that will allow people of varying age groups and abilities to compete regularly, well supported by industry stakeholders, public and corporate partners.

Responsible for management of the Club, raising standards of operations and services, marketing and positioning the club’s facilities and activities to achieve high recall and desired branding and effective engagement of members, guests, NSmen and their families.

Senior Manager, Product Development- Identify and develop products that not only generates revenue, but at the same time improve guest experience and strengthen company position in the hospitality and tourism industry. Key products include Celebrations, Team Building, Social & Recreational packages. Work closely with Community Engagement and Events team to drive signature sports & lifestyle events for additional footfall and revenue. - Work with business and support units to understand customer needs, assess market share and develop products. Together with Sales and Marketing, determine pricing and bring products to market, monitor sales and prepare return-on-investments analyses. - Guide fulfillment team to plan and deliver products & programmes, monitor quality and feedback, and improve work processes and performance.

Head of Department, U Sports- Plan strategic directions to build, engage and strengthen the Labour Movement and affiliates through Sports- Plan and manage overall department budget, lead and develop a team of 10 sports administrators- Oversee the execution of supporting tactical plans and operational requirements in the following areas;+Sports Development: Engage members through sports competitions, learn-to-play programs, interest groups and fan clubs+Capability Development: Build up member capability and leadership abilities through Team U Sports, U Sports volunteering program and leadership development program for identified sports activists.+Industry Development: Establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to bring significant value-add to members and increase awareness of events and programmes through relevant integrated marketing platforms.

U Sports- Review and enhance the U Sports Capability Development structure- Oversee all Elite Teams within U Sports, mapping progression plans and structure for sustainability- Oversee and identify Media angles to raise profile of U Sports and Interest Groups- Oversee EDM, website and enhance engagement through social media- Review and enhance Partnerships and Sponsorship- Increase spectatorship and engagement

- Manage and develop a growing team of sports coaches- Identify and cultivate new prospects- Manage a portfolio of over 15 client accounts- Develop, sell and coordinate sports programmes- Organise sports tournaments, clinics and courses

- Actively promote Netball to local schools- Develop and coordinate Netball programmes in Primary and Secondary Schools, and Junior Colleges, including KidzNet and Active programmes- Work closely with service providers on the KidzNet programme.- Organise Netball carnivals (non-competitive) for Primary and Secondary schools - Facilitate teacher and coach education- Assist to develop and administer the National Umpire Development Programme- Recruit, train and manage volunteers for Netball Singapore Events

Singapore Armed Forces Sports Association (SAFSA)- Establish High Performance management and financial framework- Provide consultancy and conduct Key Performance Indicators reviews for 14 SAFSA Sports Committees- Assess sponsorship requests for athletes’ participation in National and International competitions- Endorse sporting privileges for high performance athletes- Present Colours Award recommendations to SAFSA Colours Board- Provide quarterly updates to SAFSA Management Committee
