Solid experience in all phases of Project Management roles including planning, scope of work, time, budget/cost, risk, deliverable's, execution, monitor & control, and closure. Experience in system design and configuration, data mapping, testing, quality control, and roll-out of all deliverables. Direct experiences have included project management of hundreds of implementations of privately/publicly held companies, not for profits, government contractors, as well as Local municipalities.
