Current- As a Cloud Based Support Engineer, I strive to solve problems, design new systems, drive down VoIP cost, and get the most out of each system for my customers.
- Design, implement, and administer the VoIP Netsapiens platform for over 600 customers.
- Design, implement, and administer the FaxBack Fax over IP platform for over 600 customers.
- Configure and troubleshoot paging adapters, and ATA’s.
- Troubleshoot call quality and routing issues with SIP and analog devices.
- Works closely with carriers to ensure timely ports and minimum downtime.
