This change in title represents a clarification of my role teaching the program's flagship course alongside Director Chuck Morris as well as Making Money in Music and other courses while serving as the Associate Director of CSU Music Business. Before returning home to Colorado, I taught at Nashville's prestigious Belmont University and served as an attorney and artist manager serving clients in music, film, television and other creative endeavors in Tennessee, California, Colorado and elsewhere. My work has focused on copyright and the copyright industries. CSU Music Business' diverse student base brings a wide variety of outlooks and experience in the classroom, and I enjoy connecting with their personalities. I look forward to helping students achieve their dreams in a uniquely demanding industry.

From the CSU Release: In August 2021, Eric Griffin was named Assistant Director of Music Business in the Colorado State University College of Business. Eric joins the Marketing Department teaching the program's flagship course alongside Director Chuck Morris as well as Making Money in Music and other courses while serving as the Assistant Director of the new Music Business Program at CSU.
