In addition, I manage the merchant reserve portfolio and the timely release of those reserves after risk management evaluation.I serve as point person for maintaining strong counterparty relationships to facilitate smooth operations and collaborate effectively with outside business partners. I oversee general ledger accounts to ensure financial integrity and engage in strategic tax planning to minimize liabilities and maximize benefits for the group. At RG Knox Company, I specialized in the distribution and advisory of bonds and fixed income securities, with a strong focus on money market instruments and federal agency bonds. Our primary mission was to serve California municipalities and public treasurers by prioritizing the preservation of capital for public funds while generating competitive returns and minimizing risk.Leveraging my strong relationships with key counterparties in the bond market and their syndication desks, I successfully facilitated new issue federal agency bond deals to our end-user clients. As Vice President of Municipal Bond Trading, I successfully built and managed an inventory of municipal bonds ranging from 0 to 5 years on the yield curve, tailored to support our internal institutional sales team. I played a key role in underwriting new issue municipals on both a competitive and negotiated basis for regional and national municipal credits, ensuring optimal pricing and execution.
