Responsible for overall management of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management. Establish department standards and ensure each of those are met.

In this position I manage the daily operations of the Engineering Department (CAD drawings, material take-offs, RFQ's, cut lists, CNC tooling) and the Fabrication Department (cutting, tooling, CNC's, fabrication, production, quality control, shipping/receiving).Daily interaction working closely with project managers, estimating, field crew, accounting is typical.

In this position I worked with architects and general contractors on a daily basis. I put together estimates and proposals for our customers. Once a job was sold I then managed the shop drawing and submittal process as well as ordered materials, put together fabrication packages for materails to be cut and assembled and coordinated labor for installation. All of this was done to comply with the time frames given to us for each job.

Worked from a cashier in high school through the ranks until I was a department head (Grocery Manager).
