Understanding the impact, she affirmed her choice as her authentic MBTI type.LEAD MASTERMIND GROUPS:Facilitated groups of 10 people from different disciplines, challenging them to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other. Discussed the keys to ongoing personal and professional development as explained by John C. Maxwell’s book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.❇️ Challenged a MasterMind member who had a poor self-image to focus on his strengths, explaining that a poor self-image would color his worldview and narrow his vision for greater future employment possibilities.PROVIDED CLIENT-INSIGHT PERSONAL COACHING:Working from the client's highly customized MBTI type and their specific challenges, helped clients gain clarity and insight into one or more of these professional areas: career development, leadership development, manage change, improve team culture, influence others, conflict resolution, and adjusting their communication style to successfully engage with others.❇️ Assisted a client struggling at his job while also feeling loyalty to his boss. Discussed the healthy characteristics of leadership and team dynamics, enabling him to realize his environment was toxic and chose to move to a new job in the banking industry.

The ManKind Project is a leadership and educational non-profit organization. Since 2009, staffed numerous ManKind Project© 48 hour leadership workshops, facilitating diverse groups of 40 participants from different socioeconomic backgrounds (for a total of 600 coaching hours). Also led weekly small group sessions focused on professional and leadership development. Facilitated processes utilizing the following skills: * ESTABLISH ACCOUNTABILITY (Large Group)--uncovering broken commitments and leadership deficiencies and their impact that hinder their success.* DEFINE BROAD INTELLIGENCE (Large Group)--introduce the importance of emotional intelligence as well as intellectual intelligence.* LISTEN DEEPLY AND BE CURIOUS (1 to 1)--examined areas not working in participants' personal and work lives and what's at risk to change. * UTILIZE INTUITION AND CREATE EMPOWERED AWARENESS (1 to 1)--noticing somatic body language, identified and processed unconscious beliefs hindering their professional and personal growth process.* EVOKE TRANSFORMATION (Small Group)--with this newly found understanding, participants build a new set of goals, purpose, and mission, making them powerful servant leaders. ❇️ Equipped participants with effective communication, skill knowledge, and commitments for professional growth.

Worked from home 3 days a week. Maintained master calendar and gained Change Control Board approval of all software, hardware, infrastructure, and API updates. Ensured all standard and emergency maintenance changes were managed in a controlled manner, reporting to upper management any group not following these procedures. Streamlined and updated numerous methods and procedures documents addressing User Interface Vocabulary Updates, Post Deployment Monitoring Event Templates, and Software Quality Management Error Tracking Procedures. • Directed vendor management, negotiating software license allotments and mandatory cost reductions between 12 vendors. ❇️ Despite the vendors’ strong resistance to software license allotment changes, reduced their aggregate allotment from 48K to 36K, for a cost savings of $1.5M.
