Responsible for the accomplishment of auditing United’s process and procedures for compliance of all applicable Airworthiness Directives (A.D.’s) on behalf of United in direct support of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 14, Part 121.373 (Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System), and the applicable United and supporting regulatory requirements. Accomplished on-site A.D. compliance audits of aircraft and all associated documentation associated with the methods, practices, and procedures utilized within United Airlines Technical Operations for Airworthiness Directive compliance. Generate audit reports, monitor corrective actions, and follow-up as necessary to ensure program compliance and that acceptable quality levels are maintained. Key Contributions: - Worked with multiple departments in inducting United’s first non-U.S. certificated, A319-132 aircraft (N889UA). - Completed the aircraft’s technical acceptance inspection along with a full aircraft maintenance records review with the FAA which successfully resulted in adding the aircraft to United’s D084 Operations Specification.
