• Developed a unique analytical model to measure and visualize Afghan National Security Forces’ development along core capabilities, allowing the Division Commander to make critical resource decisions as US force levels decreased.• Supervised one military officer and six Department of Defense civilians in developing and communicating analytical products which informed and drove decision making of the US senior military and civilian leaders, to include the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Congressional delegations and coalition leaders.• Solved problems for decision making in enemy activity trend analysis and forecasting, logistics problems, base closures to support retrograde operations, and Afghan Security Forces readiness and capability assessments. • Developed, oversaw, and managed assessment efforts used to evaluate progress on the Joint Task Force strategic plan resulting in NATO and coalition leaders’ identification of regions to transition to Afghan control.
