After years of working as a consultant in the Big Five, on Wall Street, and for Fortune 500 Companies, I co-founded Vergys in 2008 to have a positive impact on how the government operates. Ultimately, I believed we could increase value for the most important stakeholder - not a partner or banker - our citizenry. The company, and my passion, is centered on helping federal executives who face constrained budgets, shifting regulatory mandates, dynamic work environments, public scrutiny, large staffs, external pressures and diverse stakeholder requests. Our solutions to address these challenges coalesce around a single theme – traceability. With the right linkages, things become clearer, easier to manage, and more transparent. It has become our way of doing things, an intrinsic part of everyday work. We not only connect the dots, but collect, analyze, and assess them to find synergies that are often overlooked.
