An experienced senior resource/forecasting/capacity planning analyst, I have worked within and planned for both front & back office operations that range from 100 to 500+ FTE based in-house, multi-site, virtual centres and outsourced suppliers. Roles undertaken range from intra-day/contact centre/back office/budgetary forecast and capacity planning. Through these roles I have gained absolute understanding of the entire planning process, this has allowed me to implement front & back office end-to-end solutions, significantly improve upon existing processes and drive future strategy decision making at a senior management/executive levels. Over my career I have developed excellent people/stakeholder management skills that have allowed me to appropriately influence decision making enabling delivery of process improvements that ultimately driven both cost saving and customer service enhancements.
