Created UCSF's Medical Imaging in-house program. Change process leader by creating budgets, internal cost centers, hired engineers, established policies and procedures, established service delivery plans, trained engineers, purchased vans, test equipment and spare parts. Setup the program for working with the onsite Physicist for faster inspections reducing downtime. Setup Remote Diagnostics utilizing Glassbeam.
