I led discussion sections with 70 students per quarter by 1) synthesizing lecture materials in Introduction to International Relations into bite-size pieces easily understandable to undergraduate students, 2) engaging students in active learning through simulations and debates that I developed, 3) providing critical but constructive feedback to foster a growth mindset in students on their writing and critical thinking skills.2.
