I work on a team of developers and data curators on a government contract for the Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT) at the NIEHS. DTT was formerly known as the National Toxicology Program (NTP). In this contract, we support software, both internal and external, to deliver toxicology science data to the general public. The software is mostly Laravel-based, with Oracle or MySQL data sources, along with Bash scripting for support.

Notable projects:• Comprehensive security vulnerability assessment and code update throughout NeoNova’s entire software base (2016).• iVue Connector feature, allowing our Help Desk agents to directly access some affliates’ iVue CSR tool remotely and directly create service tickets, add comments, etc. Full Bootstrap front-end, securely launched with existing NovaSubscriber agent credentials, customer (end-user) search capabilities, and more (2017).• iVue Connector 2.0. Project: ImageUltraImageUltra is a tool used by Lenovo to build images for new computer systems. It is written in C and C++. Project: MPxMPx is a tool created by IBM Systems and Technology Group (STG) to perform integration testing for server configurations. It is a client/server architecture, with a GUI client for Windows 2000 / XP, Linux, and Solaris. Used MS Visual C++ and Qt to develop a cross-platform GUI client for MPx. Project: Data-Driven Floor Control (DFC)DFC controls the manufacturing assembly process at IBM server, laptop, and desktop factories. The function of each station is controlled by the central database (DB2). Designed and implemented a multi-threaded, configurable, GUI client for DFC, extending IBM's manufacturing tracking software from the end of assembly to shipping using VisualAge C++, DB2, SQL, OS/2.Performed full life cycle process, documentation, support (2nd level) and best practices for all projects.Created and enhanced many server-side API functions for DFC.Enhanced and maintained embedded software for inventory scanners used by IBM's manufacturing sites.Environment: C, C++, VisualAge C++, DB2, SQL, OS/2.
