As a Portfolio Manager I'm responsible for ensuring timely reviews and renewals of commercial loans. I also monitor covenants and other credit conditions as applicable. I work with experienced Relationship Managers to grow Johnson Banks' loan portfolio with quality Clients and proper loan structure. Specific responsibilities:• Provide accurate financial and statistical analysis as well as sound risk assessment of new and existing bank customers. • Ensure that annual loan maturities and renewals are completed to avoid administrative past due loans. • Perform periodic reviews for clients where more frequent monitoring is warranted (i.e., criticized loans, adverse actions, watch list, etc.). • Work with RM’s to research and resolve situations where changes in loan structure may be necessary due to borrower, market, or industry changes. • Responsible for due diligence and review of loan documentation. • Manage “tickler” reports for assigned portfolio and the of RM’s assigned to assist.

When I was a Senior Analyst I performed complete underwriting and financial analysis of commercial loans through the creation of loan presentations in conjunction with Johnson Bank Lenders. I guided loans through the approval process, working with Relationship Managers, clearly identifying/mitigating credit risks and exceptions to procedural guidelines.
