As a founding member of ServiceTrade I've been instrumental since the company's inception in developing our main application's core functionality and many many rounds of feature, scalability, and other improvements. The company has grown with our success, and continues to grow rapidly. ServiceTrade is reinventing the business of maintenance by giving service based companies the tools they need to manage their businesses more efficiently and deliver a better customer experience for an online world. I've been in deeply involved in many rounds of innovation, most recently in our new Tasking functionality and AI features. Promoted from Senior Software Developer to Staff Software Engineer in September of 2022. Promoted from Staff Software Engineer to Principal Engineer in October of 2023. One of two developers on the team engineering our new AI functionality (using Amazon Bedrock) in Q1 of 2024.

DunnWell was a primary contractor for fire prevention and fire protection services. As a senior LAMP/PHP developer, I've participated in the development and launch of a new SaaS product to help our partners manage and invoice their work and help Dunnwell manage and invoice the services we provided to our customers. In September of 2012, DunWell was bought by Cintas, and our software group spun off as a new start-up: ServiceTrade.
