About Eric Wilson

My path since graduating from Harvard has been atypical. After graduating from Harvard in May 2021, I transferred to Penn State University and was a starting offensive lineman on the 2021-22 football team. On Draft Day 2022, I signed with the New Orleans Saints, and began my work as an NFL lineman. After a short time in Louisiana, I signed a contract with the Seattle Seahawks. I participated in Training Camp there and played in a preseason game. After that, I was the victim of roster cuts and returned home to the Minneapolis area. I am currently in pursuit of my professional career off the field. During this stage, I have been working at a local tutoring center and helping students in math. I have also resumed my prior work as a research assistant in Professor Dan Gilbert’s Social Psychology Lab at Harvard University. I am ready to apply the skills I learned as a student at Harvard and as a football player to my next workplace outside of football.
