• Liaises with clients during the project approval and construction phases to facilitate the installation and implementation processes of the lighting control equipment
• Utilizes scrum agile methodology to prioritize project workflow and review deadlines on a weekly basis resulting in earlier project delivery

• Work with senior building operators to fulfill work orders professionally and on time to prevent any disruption to the clients’ business
• Perform work in compliance with standard operating procedures, critical work packages, and maintenance work instructions
• Operate, test, and maintain mechanical equipment used for cooling, heating, and water supply system
• Track and manage repair requests using a computer-based work order system and provide updates in a timely manner using the system

• Design overhead and underground electrical power distribution for BC Hydro Customer Build Program using AutoCAD and Revit
• Calculate site power requirements based on predicted customer demand and expected electrical load reducing system costs and unnecessary equipment
• Communicate with city engineers, municipal utility companies, and collaborate across organizations to determine the most efficient and cost-effective design conforming to city and provincial building codes
• Create detailed engineering designs for the project, including as-built drawings, status reports, and the scope of work involved which are shared with the general contractor for construction
