I design toys.Or, more accurately, I direct and mentor a few incredibly talented teams to design (and see thru the development of) truly awesome toys. I’m currently a senior director of product design at Jazwares for boys action brands. I really enjoy getting immersed in many areas, from action figures, to plush, to Alexa-enabled gadgets!I love new challenges, mentoring & growing teams, and working together to solve problems.I am a retired professional structural engineer that previously worked at NORR, formerly ENV | Environetics Design, Inc., formerly Cubelis (it's a long story) from 2008-2019. I used 12 years of experience to build my patio deck (and designed millions of sq ft in warehouses, quite a few office buildings, and residential projects).Before that, I studied architectural engineering at Penn State. And, going way-way back, was born and raised southeast of Pittsburgh.
