I have an associate degree in computer information systems from Cerro Coso Community College in Ridgecrest, California. I have worked in fast-food at Taco Bell, in a warehouse delivering goods to the Ranch and Inn at Death Valley (Oasis at Death Valley), in an assembly line building garage doors at C.H.I. Overhead Doors, and currently I am a Sales Specialist at the Millwork Desk at Lowe’s Home Improvement. I would like to find work in the I.T. industry and be able use all of my new knowledge to help solve issues.Growing up, I faced quite a bit of hardship. It taught me more about how the world actually works. While I still do have some hardships, I have been able to succeed in both working a full-time job at Lowe’s Home Improvement and attending college full-time at Millikin University as well. I have already learned quite a bit about sales from my time as a Sales Specialist at Lowe’s. My job has taught me quite a bit about how to actually deal with people and how to best help them get what is best for them. I’m excited to continue learning the how-tos of being in the world of business. I have already learned quite a bit from my teachers at Millikin University and am ready for more knowledge. I always like to learn something new and do well at picking up on new ideas.The most important thing in my life is my family and everything I do is an attempt to better my family’s life along with my own.
