Analyzing and solving complex financial and logistical issues in order to complete the amendment of 5 inter-related Foreign Military Sales Cases for the Iraq F-16 program.Coordinate from US Air Force F-16 program office with DOD supply depots, line managers, aerial port of embarkation (APOE), the aerial port of debarkation (APOD), and the prime contractor in order to fly significant military equipment, munitions, and spare parts to the Government of Iraq. Prepare all documentation for the US Government and the Government of Iraq in order to ensure a successful delivery. Prepares logistical reports, metrics, and briefings for weekly meeting with all stakeholders.Assist with the processing of Supply Discrepancy Reports for damaged or missing items. Works with the contractor and government personnel to return damaged equipment back to the designated logistical support provider for repair, replacement, or both.Proficient in the use of IGC, SCIP, DSAMS, SAMIS, AFSAC Online, and SAMRS. Serves as a Program Support Manager for the Iraq F-16 program. Responsible for total foreign military sales case management of a major weapon system sales totaling $7bn from implementation through closure. Responsibilities for managing these high visibility, highly politically sensitive sales cases include all aspects of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). I analyze, control, record, resolve and report all logistical, financial and operational actions. Provide support utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS), and Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC) On-Line.

Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for foreign military and US personnel in Security Cooperation Management.

Provided professional education to over 2000 students per year in Logistics, Foreign Military Sales, and International Training Management. Team Lead/Class Manager for 13 courses, supervising up to 10 faculty/50 students. Directed 34 support staff of IT, web development, budget, registrar, library and admin personnel. Trained, mentored, audited 5 Government Purchase Cardholders and certified $1.2 mil in purchases.

Directed 15 senior SME’s of Navy supply and maintenance management. Trained and evaluated 21 Navy and Coast Guard ships ensuring supply and maintenance departments were ready for sustained operations at sea. Mentored 62 junior supply officers in professional development and career progression. Wrote after action evaluations, made recommendations to the executive staff onboard ship. Controlled budget of $200k. Wrote appraisals, departmental operating instructions, and job descriptions.

Responsible for leadership, performance, and training of 42 Sailors. Arranged port services and cargo delivery with local contractors in various countries from South America to the Mediterranean to the Arabian Peninsula. Controlled $4 mil annual operations budget and 12,000 repair parts.
