Supported development and provided direct oversight of implementation of all of the Washington Gas residential, commercial, and low-income energy efficiency programs in MD, VA, and the District of Columbia. Program offerings included high efficiency gas equipment rebates, behavioral programs, energy kits, low-income weatherization, and innovative pilot offerings for current and prospective customers. I supervise three program managers.Key achievements: • Project managed design of VA programs that the VA State Corporation Commission approved in April 2022, representing the first increase in VA program scope and budget in about ten years.• Managed development of six pilot proposals that were approved by the MD Public Service Commission in 2021.• Collaborated with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve contracting, tracking, forecasting, and reporting of all active programs. Reduced contracting timelines for new programs by approximately 30%.• Directly influenced year-over-year growth of energy efficiency program therm savings in Maryland from 2020-2022. • Successfully lobbied for increased staff to support growth in programs.

• Program Manager, Attachments Energy Rating Council (AERC): Led the development and implementation of a new third-party energy efficiency rating and certification program for window attachments (blinds, shades, screens, storm windows, shutters, awnings). Provided residential and commercial technical and certification guidance in coordination with project partners Kellen Company, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the U.S. Department of Energy, Intertek, as well as AERC members and other stakeholders. The residential rating and certification program launched in March 2018, and two manufacturers certified products in 2020. • Project Manager, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) Program: Coordinated with the client and other program implementers to increase HPWH sales in the Northwest. My team and I engaged with manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, distributors, and installers to increase awareness and sales of HPWHs throughout the supply chain. I was responsible for reporting HPWH sales data from all supply chain actors to manage midstream incentive payments and track program success metrics.• Project Manager, Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) Certified Products Database: I facilitated the design and development of a new database, submission portal web application, and data transition process to house BHMA's certified products and associated performance ratings for approximately 30 BHMA/ANSI product standards. My team successfully launched the database and web portal in 2019. • Project Manager, 2017 Focus on Energy Wisconsin Low-E Storm Window Market Expansion Pilot: I led an energy efficiency pilot in coordination with APTIM, Larson, and Quanta Technologies, Inc, which increased low-e storm window sales in Milwaukee by 125% and increased low-e market share by 32%. The success of the pilot led to the launch of a statewide program in 2018.

• Data Team Lead, Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) Market Intelligence Program: Led a team of account managers collecting HVAC distributor sales data from members of HARDI; conducted market analysis and compiled data into quarterly and annual reports; led effort in recruiting more distributors to join the program; developed new reports and assisted with marketing; acted as a liaison between project team and developers to update internal database and management portal and external reporting site per internal and client needs; and trained and supervised interns.• Program Associate, Attachments Energy Rating Council (AERC): Supported the development of the AERC, an energy rating and certification organization for window attachments, through technical specification and certification document development, project coordination, and financial analysis of potential program revenue.• Data Analyst, DesignLights Consortium (DLC): Provided analytical support for the DLC related to specification development and Qualified Products List management.• Data Analyst, Ontario Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) Midstream Appliance Program: Managed data and assisted in the development of appliance sales baselines for an appliance efficiency program.

• Collected and compiled HVAC distributor sales data from members of Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) by communicating with participating distributors and conducting research on HVAC products; worked with developer to design an effective internal portal for managing data submissions; and created SOP for managing project data.• Developed the ENERGY STAR program through administrative, analytical, and technical support, with particular focus on lighting and appliances.• Processed private label applications for the DesignLights Consortium and analyzed technical characteristics of qualified products to support specification revisions.
