Provided residential and commercial technical and certification guidance in coordination with project partners Kellen Company, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the U.S. Department of Energy, Intertek, as well as AERC members and other stakeholders. The residential rating and certification program launched in March 2018, and two manufacturers certified products in 2020. • Project Manager, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) Program: Coordinated with the client and other program implementers to increase HPWH sales in the Northwest. My team and I engaged with manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, distributors, and installers to increase awareness and sales of HPWHs throughout the supply chain. I was responsible for reporting HPWH sales data from all supply chain actors to manage midstream incentive payments and track program success metrics.• Project Manager, Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) Certified Products Database: I facilitated the design and development of a new database, submission portal web application, and data transition process to house BHMA's certified products and associated performance ratings for approximately 30 BHMA/ANSI product standards. My team successfully launched the database and web portal in 2019. • Project Manager, 2017 Focus on Energy Wisconsin Low-E Storm Window Market Expansion Pilot: I led an energy efficiency pilot in coordination with APTIM, Larson, and Quanta Technologies, Inc, which increased low-e storm window sales in Milwaukee by 125% and increased low-e market share by 32%. The success of the pilot led to the launch of a statewide program in 2018. -
