The King County Library System Foundation promotes literacy, learning, and libraries by providing support beyond public funding for initiatives and resources that enable the King County Library System to better serve the needs of our community.Founded in 1942, the King County Library System (KCLS) is one of the largest and busiest library systems in the country. KCLS currently has 50 library branches spread throughout King County with more than 836,000 active cardholders. In 2020, King County residents checked out almost 15 million items, including 9.2 million digital ebooks and audio books, making KCLS the number one circulating library for online downloads in the United States. Last year KCLS also had 152,498 in-person and online program attendees.

Seattle Rep puts theater at the heart of public life. Founded in 1963 and winner of the 1990 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre, Seattle Rep is currently led by Artistic Director Braden Abraham and Managing Director Jeffrey Herrmann. Over a season and throughout the year, Seattle Rep collaborates with extraordinary artists to create productions and programs that reflect and elevate the diverse cultures, perspectives, and life experiences of the Pacific Northwest. Seattle Rep’s nationally recognized programs include the New Play Program, Seattle Rep's Public Works, the Next Narrative Monologue Competition, Pay What You Choose, and numerous audience enrichment and engagement opportunities including post-play panels, discussions, and community events.

I am the creator and content developer for the new wine site Rainy Day Wine, based in Seattle. Rainy Day Wine is about finding lovely inexpensive wines in everyday places and pairing them with delicious food that can be made on a weekday or the occasional feast for a weekend with friends and family.The site explores Seattle's wine retail options, food and wine pairings and content on wine around the world. It chronicles the adventures and mishaps involved in navigating the world of wine, one glass at a time.

 I helped develop a plan and content for a comprehensive communication strategy, including printed collateral, web site, and advertising campaigns.  Managed and coordinated local, regional, national and international PR campaigns and media relations.

For almost 10 years at SAM, I worked with news media and community groups on national and international exhibitions, programs and events. I also coordinated the media releations efforts around the opening of the Olympic Sculpture Park and the expanded downtown museum.
