I have experience in project management and collaboration through designing, implementing, and monitoring education and culture programs led by local NGOs, national public and private actors, and international governmental organizations such as UNDP and UNICEF.I graduated with a Master's degree in Human Rights and Cultural Diversity from the University of Essex, where I developed my analytical, research, and advocacy skills on various human rights issues, such as cultural diversity, migration, gender, and minorities' rights. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. I am multilingual (in English, Spanish, and French), a fast learner, flexible for diverse working environments, and results-oriented.
