Throughout my 7-year tenure at Bonduelle in the agri-food sector, I embarked on a dynamic journey, taking on diverse roles across multiple countries.Starting in the Netherlands, I served as the Sales Manager's trusted right hand, while also contributing to our customer service operations. Later, I had the opportunity to pioneer the development of the plant-based food category, a first for the business division. Our success led to the opening of a new office in Belgium. In Canada, I continued to drive category growth, supported sales and marketing, and contributed to B2B product innovation.Key achievements: - Implemented a promotion and pricing strategy exceeding budgeted profit by 2 million euros. - Led initiatives to achieve top service levels for the customer service team. - Successfully transitioned products to create more space for plant-based food. - Participated in and led client category vision sessions and presentations, resulting in new product innovations and category growth. - Negotiated a master vendor contract, affecting different business units, which helped with departmental efficiencies, more results and 35% investment savings.
