During this time, paid attendance increased by 52% and training revenue exceeded $4.5 million. 2005-2010: Secured three federal government grants totaling more than $6.5 million2007-2013: Managed educational content for four conferences, the largest including more than 150 education sessions and more than 20 multi-day seminars. 2007-2013: Managed the development process for technical training seminars for engineers, system designers, and jurisdictional authorities on numerous NFPA codes and standards.

Led marketing/sales efforts to increase membership levels and program participation for this national technology association. Grew membership by more than 60%.
