• Guide news managers to mold ENPS to suit their unique workflow needs. Instruct end users to optimize their ENPS experience by creating custom macros and demonstrating the flexible nature of ENPS to complete their tasks.
• Work with development to create new use case scenarios, create customer feature requests and bugs, and propose agile changes and feature requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ENPS server and client issues, as well as third party vendor integration issues. Highly skilled in troubleshooting MOS communication issues.
