• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and maintaining a staff of recruiters, all levels. • Kept NTG in compliance with many labor laws such as: FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, ADA, EEO etc. • Responsible for Benefits Administration for Consultants (Health, Vacation/Sick Leave, etc.). • Conduct New Hire Orientation for Consultants and Full Time corporate Employees. • Maintain Employee Personnel Files, along with updating Employee Handbook (policies and procedures). • Manage internal corporate Employee Relations issues, such as Exit Interviews, Performance issues, employee grievances, reward and recognition programs, and the progressive discipline process. • Process employee bonuses, payroll, and new hire paperwork. • Extensive candidate sourcing, utilizing various recruiting methods and tools: extensive use of Internet boards such as; Hotjobs.com, Monster, CapitalCareers.com; Computerjobs.com; and more.• Contacting and screening candidates for skills, interest, availability and salary requirements. • Conduct interviews, compensation negotiations, reference and background checks and employment offers. • Attend job fairs and promote a positive company image. • Recruited for clients in the Commercial, Government, and Non-Profit sectorsSuccessfully recruiting such disciplines as, but not limited to: Programmers, Developers, Designers, Project/Program Managers, Business Analyst, QA/Software Testers, Hardware/Software Technicians, Sales Engineers, Network/Systems Administrators, Telecommunications Analyst, Powerbuilder, Oracle, C/C++, Visual Basic, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Unix, Access, Perl, JD Edwards, ILEC’s, CLEC’s, DMS, SS7, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Engineers, Receptionist, Administrative/Executive Assistants, Clerical, Data Entry and Customer Service Representatives.
