I am honored to use my expertise to lead a team of incredible people providing speech, language and hearing services to people who need them. Our success to date: - Developing and implementing the strategic initiates for an $11 million nonprofit, driving 60% growth since FY17- Legal “Head of School” for Gateway, a nonpublic K-8 school for children with autism, developmental disabilities and communication disorders, ^ almost tripling enrollment since FY17.- Oversee clinical services for speech, language, and hearing services, ^43% YOY; - Secured $1.07M in state and federal grants in FY21; $300K for low-income individuals in FY22, and $400k for facilities improvements in FY24.- Manage our American Sign Language interpreting service, ^150% since FY17- Increased private donations by 8% YOY- Advocate for individuals with communication differences within state/fed legislation- Establish meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners- Develop strategic plans, grants, act as spokesperson, etc.

It was my pleasure to spend a decade as a Faculty Member at Loyola University Maryland, my alma mater. During this time, I held multiple key roles: managing clinical internships for speech-language graduate clinics; developing and marketing specialized programs for infants with special needs; coordinating and supervising clinics; and leading significant projects such as implementing the Electronic Medical Records System, the Broadway Connections program in partnership with other local institutions, and strategic planning of the department, and compliance.
