I also partnered with the sourcing and redeployment teams to identify and match suitable candidates for financial crime, technology, operations, and wealth roles. I also held 121 sessions with the internal financial crime sourcing team and delivered coaching workshops for employees across the bank. I leveraged my skills in teamwork, project management, and WorkDay to ensure a smooth and efficient process and a positive candidate experience.
