I am the Director of Infrastructure and Community Development. I assist local governments and non-profit organizations with the identification of viable financing strategies for needed infrastructure and utilities' improvements. I also facilitate and moderate meetings with local officials, community leaders, state and federal leaders, and funding agencies. I consider myself a solution strategist who prepares funding applications for several state and federal agencies, and local foundations. In addition to completing the grants, I also can assist with the following: grant administration, completion of environmental reviews, status reports, drawdowns, amendments, and close-outs. For CDBG projects, I assist communities with Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) surveys. I have the reputation at finding the best comprehensive funding strategy for each of the communities. Finally, I am responsible for conducting the local review for the Intergovernmental Review (IGR) process for project applications submitted to federal and state agencies. I currently serve as the liaison for the Ohio Public Works Commission Natural Resource Assistance Council for District 14. Recently, I was nominated as a Board Member for the Ohio Conference of Community Development (OCCD).
