Current- Researched and presented on multiple LMS options - Organize and maintain company LMS platform- Write content for internal and client-facing knowledge bases- Organize technical documentation for software release notes every three weeks- Develop written solutions based on tickets that arise from clients- Analyze and track monthly trends from client-generated tickets- Coordinate with engineering, customer service, implementations, marketing, and sales departments to generate content for internal and client-facing documentation- Develop a thorough knowledge base of company’s hotel PMS software and stay up to date with new updates to the software- Train new hires on the company knowledge base
