Presiding as a Fitness Coach, I deliver scientifically predesigned workouts to groups of up to 28+ members per session, positively motivating our members to succeed and ensure the member experience is one-of-a-kind, every time. I develop client rapport to sustain and retain Orangetheory Fitness attendance and current clientele.

The SESSION.SALON Program was born from the desire to inspire hairdressers to think beyond the chair and explore new ideas that will evolve their skills, their brand style and ultimately their business. Most importantly, it keeps them creative and gives them a voice to communicate to clients. My role as a SESSION.SALON educator is to educate, inspire, motivate and encourage these dedicated stylists through the content of this 4 day series that will elevate the industry and their careers.

My role as a Regional Sales Manager involves developing my team of 8 direct reports to create and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share within existing accounts, target new accounts, and achieve sales quotas.

Serving as a Sales Representative, I provided strategic direction in handling leads and coordinating growth strategies to capture new business opportunities. I improved territory growth and retention by networking and prospecting new accounts to expand our services portfolio. In addition, I exceeded established sales, achieved the most new accounts sold and highest Hothead sales for 2013 and was awarded an all-expense paid sales incentive trip for the Heart of Kevin Murphy for 3 consecutive years.

Passionate about the fitness industry, I motivated my clients to transform their minds and bodies in fitness classes that combined ballet barre method exercises, core work, yoga, and orthopedic exercises.. Every class was created and planned to promote proper body alignment and wellness to help our clients reach their fitness goals while develop meaningful client relationships.

Switching to a different role as a Corporate Account Executive, I nurtured executive-level relationships and consistently generated new business and revenue growth opportunities.

Leading as the National Account Manager, I mitigated business roadblocks by analyzing customer needs and proposing customized solutions to increase revenues. My core achievements included re-signing 7 accounts for multiple years, driving new business sales by $12M+, and increasing the revenue base by $29M+.

Moving up as Inside Sales Manager, I bolstered team performance and revenue optimization through leadership, effective management, and establishing the highest percentage out of all sales centers by 33%.

During my role as a Sales Representative, I received the winners club award for exceeding goals and successfully closed year-over-year sales worth $2.5M+ for Hi Val and Corinthian Colleges.
