Manage LCV Victory Fund's national political field campaigns to elect pro-environment candidates. Oversee a multi-million dollar budget, coordinate with coalition partners, and work closely with field, mail, and digital consultants to run robust and strategic national programs to mobilize voters. Support and advise LCV state affiliates on their state and local electoral field programs.Oversee year-round advocacy organizing program, Climate Action, in Nevada, New Hampshire, and Virginia. Create grassroots field plans to advance federal and state action on climate, clean energy, and environmental justice, including a multi-year campaign to pass and implement the Inflation Reduction Act. In the 2022 midterm elections, I led LCV Victory Fund's successful $24 million national field program to elect pro-environment U.S. Senators, ultimately re-electing all of our incumbents and gaining one seat to hold the Senate majority.

Led LCV’s grassroots advocacy and organizing program, Climate Action; manage 5 Field Directors and support 5 state teams to engage volunteers and elected officials.In 2020, I ran LCV Victory Fund's $13 million independent expenditure field program across 7 states to elect President Biden and flip the U.S. Senate for Democrats.

• Planned and scaled up a national organizing program for Mike Bloomberg’s presidential campaign with a team of over 1,200 staff across 30 states that, during the weekend leading up to Super Tuesday, held 2,400 events and knocked on over 500K doors.• Coached and supported 30 State Organizing Directors and 3 HQ Organizing Desks through a rigorous and fast-paced campaign to hire, scale, and manage large teams.• Set daily priorities and built systems at the national scale to set metric goals, measure progress, and hold state teams accountable to goals each week and over the course of their primary elections.

• Hired, trained, and led a department with a staff of over 100 people across the state of Iowa.• Built an organizing program from the ground up; opened 17 offices, held hundreds of events, & recruited over 870 volunteer precinct captains for Sen. Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.• Directly managed and empowered 2 deputies; led daily meetings to set priorities and keep the team on track to hitting our goals.• Analyzed data and made critical campaign decisions utilizing data every day.• Produced staff trainings and retreats for managers & organizers to build culture and develop people professionally.

• Led the largest midterm coordinated field operation in PA’s history with a total staff of 87 including 3 deputy field directors, 12 regional field directors, 70 organizers, a digital organizing director and an operations director.• Created and managed a statewide organizing program that worked with more than 50 State Leg. campaigns, 16 Congressional campaigns and 2 statewide campaigns; ultimately recruited over 50K GOTV shifts, increased statewide turnout +15% from 2014 to 2018; re-elected a Democratic Governor & Senator; gained +4 seats in the U.S. House and +19 seats in the PA legislature.

• During the 2016 and 2017 election cycles, I hired, and trained teams of 6-8 field organizers in the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia, respectively, to build a robust organization of volunteers that consistently met or exceeded weekly voter contact goals.• Managed and leveraged political partnerships in my region to build support and recruit volunteers from local Democratic committees. congressional campaigns, political organizations, and college campuses.• Led and executed trainings and workshops to develop the team's hard and soft skills.• Ensured region’s data integrity, managed using metrics, and trained organizers on Votebuilder database.• In 2017 gubernatorial election, my region's volunteers knocked on over 140,000 doors during GOTV (highest in the state), helping to increase turnout in Arlington and Alexandria from the previous gubernatorial election by +10%- twice the statewide average turnout increase.

• Recruited, trained, and managed 21 precinct- level caucus teams to lead the Hillary Clinton campaign to victory in Floyd and Chickasaw counties in the Iowa caucus.• After the IA caucus, was deployed to two additional caucus states (Nevada & Washington) to execute rigorous Get-Out-The-Caucus (GOTC) efforts in rural, suburban and urban communities, training and launching hundreds of canvassers and phone bankers from volunteer- run staging locations.• Developed volunteer leadership (team leaders, phone bank captains, canvass captains, etc.) to manage neighborhood volunteer teams.• Organized and executed volunteer trainings on caucus process and caucus strategy to maximize number of delegates awarded to Hillary Clinton in each precinct.• Managed localized digital organizing campaigns and created content to generate grassroots enthusiasm.
