I am a rising third-year Business Management major with a concentration in Human Resource Management at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am also pursuing an additional degree in Legal Studies from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at UMass. I am interested in understanding how to foster respectful and enjoyable workplace environments. In addition, I am looking to learn more about benefits and the smooth onboarding of incoming employees, as well as the ethical and legal guidelines critical to HR operations.
