Commenced leasing of $200 million Wollongong Central West Keira Development and incorporation of the existing centre into the development, including integrated retail planning and completion of all showstopper relocation deals - 180 shops (including 80 new specialties). Melbourne Central Development (VIC) - Project Leasing Manager. Responsible for all aspects of Project Leasing for the $32 million development of The Dining Hall and The Corner, completing 60 deals and delivering stretch targets on development commerce, while introducing a number of first to market retailers and achieving a retail mix that reflects Melbourne Central’s defined retail hierarchy. Melbourne Central (VIC) - Senior Leasing Executive. Operational leasing and remixing of Melbourne Central in the key post-development expiry cycle - 187 deals completed by team over two years, delivering a significant shift in the centre’s retail hierarchy.
