-Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff-Provide ongoing mentorship to support staff integration-Perform specialized ophthalmic tests (e.g., OCT, visual field testing, corneal topography)-Address patient inquiries on referrals, authorizations, and medications-Develop partnerships with referring physicians to expand the patient base-Promote clinic services to increase patient leads for treatments and surgeries-Address operational challenges and ensure workflow efficiency-Coordinate communication between front and back office teams for seamless patient flow-Ensure accurate documentation and billing for procedures-Oversee scheduling for surgical procedures (glaucoma, cataract, YAG, laser iridotomy)-Prepare autologous serum tears in a sterile environment-Role-play sales scenarios and educate staff on product knowledge
