During this role, I expanded my leadership responsibilities, transitioning into a role where I supported my manager in overseeing a team of 16 Implementation Project Managers while continuing to drive complex Enterprise projects forward with a reduced bandwidth of approximately 30%.Key achievements include:- Direct involvement in approximately 60% of interviews and hiring decisions.- Facilitation of bi-weekly 1:1 project status meetings with 8 team members.- Provision of coaching and mentorship to both existing and new Implementation Project Managers, utilizing various techniques such as 1:1 sessions, knowledge sharing/training, mock client calls, shadowing, and reverse-shadowing.- Serving as the Executive Sponsor for 80% of my team’s projects.- Effective management of both client and internal escalations.- Implementation of process and workflow improvements, including problem identification, solution design, and presentation with supporting change management documentation.- Optimization of the Rapid launch process for mid-market and SMB customers, resulting in a reduction of Time to Live by approximately 50%, from 6-8 weeks to 3-4 weeks for all Mid-Market and SMB clients.- Crafted and redesigned an Onboarding and Offboarding pathway for customers from inception to implementation.Through these efforts, I contributed to the enhancement of team efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall project success.
