2022-currently: Leading in developing SAP QM.Current responsibilities: - analyze requests from business and offer different solutions; - offer new functionalities to business after performing GAP-analysis; - write design, business and functional documents; - manage the full-cycle development: from product backlog to maintenance and audit; - check the contractor's results; - control deadlines and manage customer expectations. 2020-2021: Took a part in implementation of SAP QM: It was my first experience working with SAP QM. I: - took over SAP QM for support and next developing in-house (studied SAP standard, development specifications, tested new functionality, corrected some settings) - organized processes of migration master data from old system to new one; - created instructions for key users; - supported system like 1st and 2nd lines of support during half a year.

There were 4 internal business-analysts and 3 external developers under my leadership.• Developed and launched platform that was used in different areas of the company. Only like LIMS-system (Laboratory Information Management System) it had 600+ unique users per week and 140+ active sessions. The platform let administrators configurate business-processes without a coding.• As a team-leader I:- developed the strategy of the department to Vice Presidents Committee, communicated with stakeholders;- assisted in development of the long-term IT-strategy & renovation of the IT-landscape;- made resource planning and controlled deadline, budgets and KPIs;- implemented agile methodology, taught analysts and key users.

The position included mixed roles of a project manager, business and system analyst.• Developed and launched EQMS-implementation (Enterprise Quality Management System). It decreased the process execution time by 40% that let the company extend business without hiring any new QA-staff. • Implemented ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) like a standard that was used in lots of integrations. The financial cost of such integrations was reduced twice.• Took a part in ECM-implementation using the opensource Alfresco-platform (analyzed processes AS-IS, TO-BE; writing specifications).

• Led the development and later did a removal from service ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook)-system.• Developed lots of macros using VBA-scripts and C#-application for daily-routines tasks in different departments and some of them are useful at a current moment.
