Responsible for receiving agricultural raw materials and following up on their storage, responsible for the factory’s analysis laboratory and conducting work-related analyses, following up to confirm quality procedures during the production stages, following up on changes that occur to raw materials and their alternatives, and solving problems that arise

- Follow up on the storage process of agricultural raw materials- Carrying out all manufacturing operations for products (artichokes - oxidized olives - cooked olives - mixedvegetables - all types of falafel )- Carrying out the process of oxidation and cooking of olives.- Preparing reports to monitor production, determine the quantity and quality of production, and ensure thequality of operations and their compliance with product specifications.- Follow up on all manufacturing operations on the various production lines and ensure that the productionprocess is proceeding according to the daily work plan.
