Completing three site-based rotations within the Humes, Concrete and Aggregates Business Units.During my first rotation at Humes, I successfully improved the efficiency of product quality control documentation and identified areas for improvement in production procedures to drive constant optimisation. I also improved the safety of a production line by successfully eliminating trip hazards and reducing the risk of injury. These tasks and achievements enabled me to hone my skills in process optimisation and safety, as well as project management.Furthermore, I am leading two key engineering projects that aim to drive sustainability.
