Mi principal responsabilidad como Diseñador de Interfaces (y Desarrollador Web 🫣) en LISA Insurtech, fue liderar, organizar además de gestionar los procesos creativos y contenidos a través del framework de Wordpress además de obtener un poco de experiencia dentro del área de Diseño de Productos.Si me preguntaran cuáles han sido mis 5 responsabilidades como UI Web Developer en LISA Insurtech, serían los siguientes:- Diseñar la Interfaz Visual (o Front-End) del sitio web, siguiendo las metodologías de Growth Driven Design de Hubspot.- Programar y Gestionar el Sitio Web a través del CMS de Wordpress.- Verificar y asegurarme del rendimiento óptimo del sitio web.- Hacer seguimiento a las metricas y el data analysis de rendimiento del website a través de Google Analytics y Google Search Console.- Colaborar con los Diseñadores UX en los procesos de diseño de la compañía para plataformas como LISA Claims.

Ser el Lead Graphic Designer de LISA Insurtech ha sido una de mis mayores responsabilidades en mi carrera profesional, y he disfrutado un mundo esa etapa.En palabras cortas, fui el responsable de todo (o casi... Todo) el contenido digital además de liderar el equipo creativo para crear diseños de alta calidad comunicativa para nuestros canales digitales como: Linkedin e Instagram, Hubspot Mailing, Landing Pages, Ebooks e Infografía. Todo esto trabajando de la mano con el equipo de Ventas de la Empresa.Uno a uno mis responsabilidades en este cargo eran las siguientes:- Liderar el Equipo Creativo, este estaba compuesto por un Animador (Motion Graphics) y un Redactor Creativo, para comunicar los valores de la marca en nuestros canales digitales a través de contenido visual atractivo.- Diseñar las publicaciones para los canales digitales como: LinkedIn, Instagram e Incluso... Youtube.- Diseñar las Landing Pages y Correos Electrónicos a través de Hubspot Marketing (Eran enviados a nuestros clientes y colaboradores, todo dependía del objetivo).- Diseñar el Merchandising y Elementos para los eventos donde pudiese participar la compañía.- Tener una comunicación efectiva con el equipo de ventas para definir los objetivos para captar leads.

Aquí empezó todo con LISA Insurtech.En este cargo era el responsable de diseñar los contenidos para las Redes Sociales y demás canales digitales, todo esto trabajando en conjunto con el equipo de ventas de la compañía. Trabajé con Napkin Labs en un contrato temporal para un proyecto de Diseño y Desarrollo Web.En esta experiencia laboral, tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en un gran proyecto de Diseño Web con un holding de Salud Mental llamado Grupo CETEP. Mi responsabilidad principal fue el diseño, programación y optimización de los 4 sitios web de la compañía: MirAndes, OTEC Impulsa, Grupo CETEP y CETEP Salud Sustentable.No esta demás decir que... ¡El proyecto fue entregado con éxito!Esta oportunidad fue un verdadero desafío, porque a pesar de no ser mi primer trabajo de diseño y desarrollo en Wordpress, si fue una de mis primeras oportunidades trabajando de forma completamente autónoma en un sprint totalmente individual de Desarrollo Web. Los dos principales objetivos cumplidos acá fueron los siguientes:- Entregar un sitio completamente autogestionable y optimizado de forma responsiva al cliente.- Obtener habilidades y confirmar una de mis pasiones en el desarrollo web y de interfaces.

- Establecer y generar estrategias innovadoras a través de redes sociales para Claro enfocadas en la adquisición y fidelización de clientes.- Liderar y organizar a los ejecutivos de redes sociales para el cumplimiento de objetivos.- Establecer objetivos diarios de venta a través de redes sociales, además de monitorear, trackear y controlar los KPIs de las redes utilizadas - Generar y diseñar contenidos de venta para las redes sociales utilizadas.- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los ejecutivos de redes sociales.- Establecer planes de contingencia enlos casos de Crisis de Redes Sociales.

- Establish and generate innovative Social Media strategies for Claro Movil, focusing on customer acquisition and loyalty.- Monitor, define and control the KPIs of the social networks used.- Generate and design creative graphic content for publication on available social networks.- Establish contingency plans in case of a Social Media crisis.- Attract and retain customers through the available social networks in order to achieve the effective acquisition of the final product.- Maintain effective communication with the Social Media Manager.The progressive increase of sales in the corresponding channels was achieved, as well as the fulfillment of the goals proposed by the client in all sales made effectively in up to five opportunities with a total increase of the ARPU of the products.

The Digital Marketing campaigns proposed by the clients (OK 101, Dunkin Donuts) were successfully carried out, increasing the interactivity of the clients' social networks.

- Lead as well as organize the creative and editorial team of the company's website for its correct daily management.- Design and edit Wireframes for the website through available layout designers, maintaining an optimal user experience to be applied in Wordpress.- Evaluate and maintain an optimal SEO positioning of the website with a correct optimization of the content for search engines.- Organize contingency plans and solutions in case of URL redirection errors.- Generate and create quality content to be published in the Website Blog.The quality of the published content was improved, as well as the total traffic month by month of the web page, also the SEO positioning of the same was improved, establishing it as one of the referents in its field (Sports) at national level, achieving the coverage of important events such as the matches of the national teams and international tournaments.
