I am a dedicated, motivated individual that is detail oriented. I am passionate about creating an effective, inclusive, positive work space for myself and my co-workers around me. I am technology minded, enthusiastic and driven to accomplish projects and maintain customer relations for wherever I am employed. The customer experience is top priority to me, as well truly being a team player and learning from those in my field. My greatest strength is organization and planning, as well as retaining customer relations and satisfaction. As an administrative assistant I deal with customer relations every day, as well as processing important information, talking to financial institutions and their representatives and maintaining positive representation for my employment. I am also in charge of planning weekly luncheons and meetings with sales associates and management, in my current position. I also handle audit preparation, administering closely with the given handbook, as well as event planning and handling the calendar for upcoming team leadership mentor opportunities.Expertise: I am passionate about continuing education and staying on top of my field, and recently successfully took on a course in Medical Coding from Cuyahoga Community College.
