My practice focuses on the representation of employers in workplace law matters, including employment litigation, best practices counsel, and traditional labor law issues. I represent clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission, Civil Rights Division. In addition, I regularly advise clients on employment law issues, including allegations of unlawful discrimination, reductions in force, FMLA leave, the Americans with Disabilities Act, restrictive covenants, and best workplace practices. I also have extensive experience representing employers in all types of employment litigation matters, such as claims alleging employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, and federal and state wage and hour cases including putative collective actions, such as “off-the-clock” and misclassification cases, and single-plaintiff lawsuits.
