I assist the Store Manager in overseeing every day operations of a Blue Chip Store, both in merchandising (sales floor) and office work. Kirkland's Home Decor all started here in Jackson, TN giving us the privilege of operating the Home store of all Kirkland's. I jointly review and pull applications along with interviewing the prospective employee/employees with the Store Manager and other Senior Asst. Ensuring time adjustments are processed before the end of every pay period. Communication between leadership, customers, and employees in the absence of the Store Manager. In reference to "Blue Chip" store, out of 400 some odd stores nation wide there are 30 top volume stores that account for over 20% of the entire company's profit. Our store is a high volume store holding us at the 3rd highest volume store in the company.

My main focus was in greeting and transporting patients. I would also communicate between the patients and tenants with the Property Manager to ensure that any and all concerns were addressed. I would assist when needed in the property management office with filing of confidential information. I also scheduled and supervised our regular Volunteer staff that we had year around, along with the 8-10 Jr. Volunteer staff we would have added during the summer time.
