Worked with clients to release features and products that met their needs based in an Enterprise environment though C#, JavaScript, Azure, and more.• Generally worked on several products developing and maintaining them with features and bugfixes. Typically lead development work on 2-3 projects each sprint.• Simultaneously developed a new product for a client on a standard schedule, and updated our internal tooling to more modern features and to utilize Blazor for front-end development.• Fixed a major performance complication that came as a result of using MVC for auction software--the requirements of which are concurrent and expensive resource requests--something MVC has trouble doing. Improvements include: implementing caching, a better Auction Service, reducing data request size, utilizing a sub-pub method of data transmittal through WebSocket, and more.

Worked with UNMC MMI to produce a repeatable VR game which could operate as a method of physical therapy for patients with Cerebral Palsy as a part of Senior Design. Went on to win the Gold award.• Lead a team of 9 other students to deliver the narrative-based game over 6 releases.• Worked to resolve requirements and feedback with the client during bi-weekly meetings, while also managing an overreaching scope and the subsequent scope creep.• Personally worked on the the random "dungeon" system for the game which featured minigame rooms created by my fellow students.

Developed solutions for features and bugs for various systems related to insurance software based in Node or Rails.• Worked to implement a new API schema, and in the process designed a foundation for more easily defining schema's in the future using features in ES6.• Updated backend code, tests from earlier versions of JavaScript to ES6. In the process created new tests for missing components.• Tested and fixed bugs as part of maintaining legacy systems. One such example is when I tracked down a bug where a scrollbar would not appear on a particular page when it should. The legacy software did not include quality debugging tools so this was much more difficult than it would be on modern browser-based software.

Worked with CS department at UNL to produce a class scheduling site prominently featuring a scheduling solver to assist the department chair in scheduling classes.• Developed the full stack of the project using Rails with a Material theme front-end.• Utilized REST to produce an API for the project in order to communicate with a SQL-based back-end.• Worked to integrate the website into the department's own tooling, complete with a special erb providing login features.

Guided them through various processes to reach the information they need or provided that information when security requirements were met.• Took walk-ins for hardware issues typically on phones or laptops. Raged from using BIOS, to installing or updating an OS, testing hardware for corruption, and checking in Mac hardware in to our Mac-certified specialist.• Provided laptop rental and computer support services to four other locations around UNL.
