Currently a Senior at the University of South Florida. Working towards a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. Over a year of finance experience ranging from my employment at Franklin Street as a Capital Advisory Intern to my jobs at State Farm, Camarda Wealth Advisory Group, and my current position as a Junior Financial Analyst with Colliers on the student housing team.As a Capital Advisory intern at Franklin Street I was tasked with assisting in the underwriting and origination of senior debt, LP & Co-GP equity, as well as Preferred Equity for all CRE asset classes in multiple markets.As a Junior Financial Analyst at Colliers I’m conducting in-depth market research as well as assisting in the underwriting of student housing and mixed use properties/portfolios.President of the Real Estate Society at USF, member of the Investment Club, and the National Society of Leaders.Outside of education and work, I’m an avid enjoyer of Formula 1, Cigars, European sport cars, and tennis.
