I oversee the individual discipline process, serving as the chair of the Chapter Standards Committee and ensuring all committee members are thoroughly trained.In situations requiring a tie-breaking vote, I provide the decisive vote, maintaining fairness and impartiality unless I have previously voted on the motion. My duties also include reporting any violations of the Fraternity's Bylaws within our chapter to the Central Office, while I possess no penal rights.Additionally, I fulfill the role of Ritual Chair, overseeing the sacred traditions of our chapter unless delegated otherwise in agreement with the President. I am also responsible for ordering regalia from the Central Office well in advance of each initiation and annually updating and submitting our chapter bylaws electronically through the Hub.
