• Generate switch scripts for new CDMA site builds and parameter changes through the use of Procomm. Generate cell site propagations in Planet EV (Mentum) for new site additions or equipment changes.
• Integrated LTE Sites in network. Optimized LTE by pulling site parameter checklists with Ericsson “OSS” Web Tool. Trended stats with custom built reports in the “ENIQ” Web Portal.
• Integrated and built EV-DO Sites in the OMC Radio Access Network (RAN).
• Optimize and monitor CDMA wireless network for voice and data statistics. Performed traffic studies in Prospect and Access Database.
• Integrated Cell Boosters to Base Stations to increase coverage footprint. Perform power out measurements on cell booster to ensure max gain settings per carrier.
• Trend capacity on sites and added items such as T1’s, carriers and channel element cards when needed. Monitored sites for special events for extra capacity during year.

Monitor, maintain and optimize, a CDMA PCS voice and data (EV-DO Rev A and 1XRTT 3G) wireless network. Perform coverage analysis of the network as well as monitor capacity. Design in-building coverage systems and implement testing for enhanced in-building coverage. Perform optimization of CDMA wireless network using drive test equipment and post processing.
