Managed the delivery of service across infrastructure and application lines for O2 Ireland (now 3 Ireland) over 4 locations and utilising 300 resources (75 locally and 225 in India). Negotiated and delivered a transformation programme, in 2013, to enable €12 million in client savings over a 4 year period.

Transformed the IT environment and delivered IT services from IBM Data Centre to assist the Department of Justice achieve its mission. Key achievements included migration of IT services from local Data Centre to IBM Data Centre without loss of service, increased user base from 1200 to 1800 within 3 years and improved Customer Sat year on year, reaching 9/10.
